The Tribal Leadership Coaches Challenge

CultureSync offers the Tribal Leadership Coaches Challenge (TLCC) for existing coaches and business leaders to empower others to be “Tribal Leaders”–leaders whose teams produce vastly superior results by synchronizing culture and strategy.

By participating in this program, you will:

• Learn the mindset, tools, techniques and processes to upgrade tribal cultures.
• Transfer these attributes to others in one-on-one, triadic, and group coaching situations.
• Integrate the latest techniques in leadership into your management consulting and/or coaching practice.

CultureSync will recognize candidates who successfully complete the program and successfully meet the requirements of a Tribal Leadership Coach by conferring “Approved Tribal Leadership Coach” or “Approved Tribal Leadership Consultant.” Read more about the program requirements and agreements before appying.
